Main responsibilities:

  • Meal preparation and cooking;
  • Collaborates in the preparation of menus;
  • Plate and garnish cooked dishes;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils and other equipment;
  • Management of stocks and resources;
  • Comply with health and safety standards at work;
  • Cost control.


Requirements:

  • Experience and proven professional training in a hospitality environment;
  • Experience in Buffet and à la Carte, as well as events;
  • Sensitivity in cost management and results orientation;
  • Good knowledge of HACCP;
  • Aptitude for a distinguished and refined service, strongly customer oriented;
  • With ease of communication, capacity for initiative and responsibility;
  • Strong professional aptitude for teamwork and goal-oriented;
  • Flexible, organized and carefully presented;
  • Full availability of schedules and shift work.
